Why I Chose To Review "Revenge"

One of the newest shows on ABC this fall is one called "Revenge". The pilot episode airs this Wednesday at 10:00 PM, and is an hour long. From what I got by watching the preview for it (over and over and over...slightly confusing, lack of plot idea, etc.) was that the lead character had everything she loved taken away from her at a very young age by some of the richest most powerful people of the time. And now that this main character is older, she's headed back to the Hamptons (where all of this took place, I guess) in search of sweet revenge. The show documents her twisted plans and all of her vengeful anger being released onto these old money families who know nothing less of always getting their way. I chose to review it because honestly, seeing as it has a Wednesday night time slot, I think it might actually surprise all of us and be a pretty good show. Undoubtedly, there will probably be some cliched love interest who gets in the way of the main characters goals and whatnot, but I'm hoping this show won't be a total cliche. I guess I'll find out Wednesday night...
