Whitney Houston almost kicked off plane

Whitney Houston was almost kicked off of a Delta Airlines flight.

Not for drugs, or weapons, or disturbing other passengers on the flight. Nope, she almost got kicked off of a plane for not buckling her seatbelt. It took two flight attendants and a threat of being kicked off of her flight to take her to buckle up. Sources say she was 100% sober during this, she just "got diva" on everyone.

Now, really...What is the reasoning behind this? I understand that people have to be individuals and such nowadays, but this is nuts. Why wouldn't you want to have a seatbelt on when you're about to embark 30,000 miles in the sky? The first thing when I do when I board a plane is buckle myself in, but I guess other people have different ways of thinking. All Whitney Houston ended up doing was causing a scene, which may have been her intention. Who knows.

  1. I agree with your point that she just wants to get noticed. She obviously knew it was a requirement, but maybe she was thinking she was who she is and can get away with it. Yup, this is screaming "diva" mentality. I was just thinking: What is it with celebrities and airplanes recently?? I think one of Brandon's earlier posts said something about a singer with sagging pants kicked off of a plane, but not the same airline. However, I don't think that case was for the sake of attention, but maybe image rather. Celebrities already get enough attention from visiting exotic places already so I don't see why SOME of them feel the need to draw attention even before they get there.
